HaDir ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

HaDir collects only the minimum data needed to provide attendance tracking functionality. All data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any external server.

Information entered by the Administrator:

• Employee full name
• Department or job title
• A 4-digit attendance code per employee
• Admin username and password (stored locally on device)

Attendance records generated automatically:

• Check-in and check-out timestamps
• Date of attendance
• Session number per day

We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, location data, photos, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information is used solely for attendance management purposes:

• Allowing employees to check in and check out using their 4-digit code
• Displaying attendance records to the administrator
• Generating attendance reports by date range
• Exporting data to Excel format for administrative use
• Backup and restore via JSON export/import

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or analytics.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data entered into HaDir is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. No data is transmitted to or stored on any server operated by Partager.

• Your attendance data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data

Important: Because data is stored locally, we cannot recover your data if the device is lost or reset. We recommend using the Backup & Restore feature regularly.

4. Children's Privacy

HaDir is designed for workplace use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Third-Party Services — Google AdMob

HaDir uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. When ads are shown, Google may collect certain device and usage data, including:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device model and OS version

This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Partager does not receive any advertising data from Google.

You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable for HaDir

6. Your Rights & Data Control

Since all data is stored locally, you have full control at all times. Within the Admin Panel → Settings, you can:

• View, edit, and delete employee records
• Clear all attendance logs
• Export all data as a JSON backup
• Import data from a previous backup
• Export reports to Excel

7. Data Retention

Data is retained on your device until you delete it manually, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Partager does not retain any copies of your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes in the future. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
